Buying online can be tricky and it is important to us that you love your purchase as much as we loved making it. As we sell a wide range of products, our returns policy differs between categories, if the following guide does not answer your question, please contact us.

CLOTHING

We are happy to offer a return or exchange on all clothing provided:

  1. The item is in 100% new condition, unworn, unwashed, tags still attached.
  2. You let us know via email before you post it back.
  3. The item is returned within 14 days of delivery date.
  4. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending via a trackable service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Please send us a self-addressed post satchel for exchanges, or you will be charged a re-delivery fee. 

If we accidentally sent you the wrong order, no re-delivery will be charged and we will cover return postage costs (We promise we are very careful, but mistakes sometimes happen).

If an item is faulty an exchange or refund will be offered, this will be determined on a case-by-case basis. We will cover all return postage costs for faulty items.

There is no exchange or return on sale items unless faulty. Once the purchase has been processed the sale is final.

Items returned due to change of mind that have been worn, damaged, or altered from their original condition will be returned to the customer at their expense and no exchange or refund will be given.


WALLPAPER

As our wallpaper is printed to order and colours are mixed by hand, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match between batches, as such we recommend keeping an extra roll in case of future damage to your wallpaper or if you decide to cover more walls in the same room.

Unopened, unused rolls of stock wallpapers can be returned within 30 days of receipt. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to accept returns on opened or used rolls.

We are do not offer returns or exchanges on bespoke wallpapers.

No refunds are given for stock or bespoke samples. 


FABRIC

As fabric is cut to order, no refunds or exchanges are offered for fabric, unless faulty. All sales are final.

HOMEWARES

We are happy to offer returns on stock homewares including lampshades, cushions and tableware provided that:

  1. The item is in 100% new condition, undamaged, tags still attached or packaging unopened.
  2. You let us know via email before you post it back.
  3. The item is returned within 14 days of delivery date.
  4. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending via a trackable service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

For exchanges, return postage costs are payable by the customer.

If an item is faulty an exchange or refund will be offered, this will be determined on a case-by-case basis. We will cover all return postage costs for faulty items.
