Our tiger print is based on Tigerstripe, the group of camouflage designs developed by the South Vietnamese Armed Forces for use in jungle combat. The patterns were adopted by the US Special Forces during the Vietnamese war but it was never an official US-issued item. Its use has since been adopted by several other countries.
