Christina is a senior painter in the community. She takes a conceptual approach to her work. She will focus on topics like bits of the river, the mud or the flood. She has done detailed fabric print works. She is famous for her design about the Boxing Day flood. Prints of this design are very popular. Christina can tell you the name of everyone who features in that design. Christina’s fabric designs are included in collections like the Powerhouse Museum National Gallery of Australia and North Territory Government collection. Her designs are included in the 2020 group exhibition at the Fowler Museum in Los Angeles. Christina trained and worked as a teacher when she was younger.
