As a young contemporary artist Kieren has transformed his knowledge of weaving and dyeing into intricate and colourful paintings. His images incorporate the pattern of pandanus bundles, woven baskets, coolamon and fish traps. Kieren has worked in several mediums; painting, printmaking, fabric and ceramics. His work is in several major collections including the Fowler Museum, National Gallery of Australia, Myer Collection and Artbank.
